At By Hand we pride ourselves on the quality of the service we provide.

This includes the products themselves, as well as their packaging, their punctual delivery and our returns policy.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of the order being placed. As part of our service to customers, we offer FREE standard delivery on all purchases.

First class recorded signed for (2 - 3 days): £4.95
Next-day delivery: £6.95
Europe: £8.95

For an additional £2.50 you can also have your item gift-wrapped. This option includes beautiful handmade, fair trade wrapping paper from the hills of Nepal and a printed message of your choice

RETURNS

By Hand offers a full returns policy. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days of placing your order and receive a full refund of the product price (unfortunately we are not able to refund the delivery charge). Due to reasons of hygiene we are NOT able to accept returns for earrings. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further details on our returns policy.
