Delivery information
At By Hand we pride ourselves on the quality of the service that we provide.
This includes the products themselves, as well as their packaging, their punctual
delivery and our returns policy.
Our products come in two forms of packaging:
- Smaller items are packaged in attractive presentation boxes, which are made from recycled card and paper from sustainable resources and sourced from within the UK.
- Larger items of jewellery come in beautiful jute drawstring pouches. These bags are sourced from the Natural Bag Company and are designed to be used again and again.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of the order being placed and if you spend over £40 you will receive FREE standard delivery on your purchases.
Our standard delivery charge is £3.50. This includes the packaging described above,
as well as recorded first-class delivery.
We offer a next-day delivery service for £6.50 and also deliver to Europe. The charge
for this service is £8 and this includes packaging and recorded delivery.
For an additional £2.50 you can also have your item gift-wrapped. This option includes beautiful handmade, fair trade wrapping paper from the hills of Nepal and a printed message of your choice
Returns
By Hand offers a full returns policy. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days of placing your order and receive a full refund
of the product price (unfortunately we are not able to refund the delivery charge). Due to reasons of hygiene we are NOT able to accept returns for earrings. Please see our Terms
